The ceramic valve core includes a valve core shell installed in the faucet. A rotating core is inserted into the valve core shell. The lower end of the rotating core is clamped on the movable valve piece through the fork. It is fixedly installed in the valve core shell, and a pressing sheet and a sealing gasket are also installed under the static valve sheet. For the corresponding water outlet through holes, the rotating core has a through hole in the same direction as its central axis.

Application of ceramic valve core:
When the rotating core is rotated, the fork at the lower end of the rotating core drives the moving valve plate to rotate, so that the water outlet through holes on the moving valve plate and the water inlet through holes on the static valve plate correspond to each other, and finally the water flows out from the through holes on the rotating core. This design is widely used at the water outlet of the faucet.
Service life of ceramic valve core:
Relevant studies have shown that the ceramic valve core can still operate smoothly and labor-saving after more than 500,000 to 1,000,000 switching operations, and can be used for a long time. The aging resistance, wear resistance and maintenance-free of the ceramic valve core ensure the stability of operation, save maintenance costs and labor intensity, etc. At the same time, the aging resistance and wear resistance also make the service life of the ceramic valve core far exceed the service life of other spools.
